These roles are for our new state-of-the-art development at Garraí na Sailí, Letteragh Road.
A beautifully designed 4-bedroom bungalow built to the highest standards, complete with ceiling hoists, large accessible wet rooms, and wide corridors for ease of movement.
Modern apartments, fully finished and furnished, where individuals will receive one-to-one support.
A 3,500 sq. ft. Day Service Centre, accommodating up to twenty-five individuals under the HSE’s New Directions programme.
wHAT ARE THE OPEN ROLES?
Care Assistants – This role is essential in supporting the well-being of individuals in your service, helping them to build self-esteem and celebrate their uniqueness. You will work alongside the staff team to foster the development of positive interpersonal relationships throughout the service.
Social Care Workers– As a key worker for the individuals you support, you will play a vital role within the team and be encouraged to supervise and lead in the absence of the Person in Charge. You will have the ability to create person-centred plans that empower those you support to live their best lives.
What YOU NEED TO APPLY:
You are committed to making a difference and passionate about improving quality of life. You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team. A full driving licence is required.
If you are applying for a Care Assistant role you will need to have a QQI Level 5 Qualification.
If you are applying for a Social Care Worker you will need Coru Registered.

salary:
Care Assistants - € 29,683.00 to € 45,163.00
Social Care Workers - Annual Salary range: from € 36,383.00 to €54,746.00
