Our Human Resources team is committed to supporting the organisation in achieving its mission, committed to building capacity for change and committed to providing the highest level of service to our staff and leaders to ensure the people we support live their best lives.

Operating a total of 60 centres across Galway City and County. These services are provided across a range of Day Care, Residential and Respite facilities.
Ability West currently employs circa 630 professional; passionate and dedicated staff with a wide range of different skills, experience and backgrounds, working in diverse teams who strive to provide the best possible care and service to the people we support.
