This state-of-the-art development includes:

• A beautifully designed 4-bedroom bungalow built to the highest standards, complete with ceiling hoists, large accessible wet rooms, and wide corridors for ease of movement.

• Modern apartments, fully finished and furnished, where individuals will receive one-to-one support.

• A brand-new Day Service, due to open in the coming weeks, which will provide further opportunities for growth, independence, and community engagement.

what do the roles encompass?

Social Care Workers– As a key worker for the individuals you support, you will play a vital role within the team and be encouraged to supervise and lead in the absence of the Person in Charge. You will have the ability to create person-centred plans that empower those you support to live their best lives.

Care Assistants – This role is essential in supporting the well-being of individuals in your service, helping them to build self-esteem and celebrate their uniqueness. You will work alongside the staff team to foster the development of positive interpersonal relationships throughout the service.

You are committed to making a difference and passionate about improving quality of life. You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team. A full driving licence is required.
