Ballinasloe Charity Open Scramble

Congratulations to all the winners of the Charity Open Scramble in aid of Ability West and St. Teresa’s Special School which took place in Ballinasloe Golf Club on 5th June 2017.

A big thank you to everyone who played and helped to make it a successful event.

Well done to the organising committee for all their hard work and dedication - Páraic Lawless, Willie Nevin, Pat O’Sullivan, Patricia Lawless, William Duthie and Anita O’Reilly - and to Iggie Colohan and Joe Gaffney who helped to check the score cards. Willie Dolan also helped tremendously by sponsoring and organising a raffle which raised €600 on the day.

A very special thank you also to all our sponsors.

Including the proceeds from the raffle, and after all expenses were accounted for, the total raised on the day (to be divided between Ability West and St. Teresa’s Special School) was €4,200. These significant funds are vital for us to continue providing high quality services and supports to children and adults with intellectual disability who avail of our services. Your support is, as always, greatly appreciated.
