The post holder will direct the management and quality provision of day, residential and respite services within Ability West in line with its Values, Mission Statement and Strategic Plan. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to focus in particular on, but not limited to, the development and delivery of Day Services in Ability West in line with new standards and the needs of people accessing services. The post holder will have line management responsibility for Managers/Unit Directors across day, residential and respite services. They will join an existing team of Assistant Directors of Client Services and will work alongside colleagues across the Client Services (including Multi-Disciplinary Team), Finance and HR Directorates.
