Why not take the opportunity to raise money for children and adults with an intellectual disability and autism in Galway by nominating Ability West as your chosen charity.

Whether it's cycling, swimming, running or racing through mud, taking part in a physical challenge is a fun and rewarding way to support our fundraising programme.

Capital Programme

Ability West recommends that at least 25% of proceeds from all fundraisers be allocated to our capital programme. This is to ensure that our priority projects are adequately funded. The capital programme includes new buildings, renovations to existing buildings, specialised equipment and minibuses, all required for the provision of services and supports to children and adults with intellectual disability and autism in Galway. Terms and Conditions

- All sponsorship cards, fundraising materials and proceeds from sports challenges completed in aid of Ability West must be submitted within 30 days of the conclusion of the event. - If donors would like individual receipts, please provide a list including name, address, telephone number, e-mail and donation amount. - Please do not send cash through the post. Upon completion of the event, please present a bank draft/cheque or bank the funds. Ability West’s bank account will be provided by the Communication and Development Officer.
