Annual Cycle of the Headford/Caherlistrane Branch

 
Headford/Caherlistrance Cycle
 
The Headford/Caherlistrane Branch of Ability West are delighted to announce that they are re-organising their Annual Fun Cycle and they would be delighted if you could join them.
 
The cycle will now take place on Saturday, 6th October 2012, from Campbell’s Tavern, Cloughanover to Ballinrobe and return on the day (Approximately 45 miles).  We will again facilitate all levels of cyclists from the youngest to the oldest with full back up provided.
 
For the pleasure cyclist we have an easy ride, with no rush and plenty of pit stops and refreshments provided.  You dictate the pace and nobody will be left behind.
 
For the sportif cyclist we have a more challenging route of approximately 80 miles where you can kick your heels back and let your hair down or whatever you wish.  Sweeper van provided.  This is not for the faint hearted, unless you can consistently do 20 mph don’t go there.
